I am Dr. Lindsey Colbert Fallin, a licensed Clinical Psychologist located in Littleton, Colorado.

I am committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered care using evidenced-based approaches to help clients experience personal growth and well-being and find meaning and purpose in their lives. Collaboratively, I work with clients to enhance their inner strengths and resilience, reconnect with their values and goals, and find fulfillment and joy.

I offer a calm, accepting, and collaborative environment to address your concerns and overcome challenges you are experiencing.

I work with teens, young adults, adults, and older adults.

I currently am offering in-person and virtual sessions using HIPAA complaint software.

I accept Cigna and Aetna insurances in Colorado as well as private pay.

I provide evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. These approaches will be tailored to you and can address various mental health and emotional concerns and help you navigate life’s complexities. Together we can discuss the best approach for you to address your concerns and goals, enhance your well-being and coping, and help you live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Behavioral Health & Rehabilitation Psychology

I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing acute and chronic medical conditions, disabilities, and injuries (acute and chronic pain, sleep, adjustment after injury, identity, community reintegration, caregiving). We can explore strategies and skills to enhance your coping, emotional and physical well-being, and quality of life.

Sport and Performance Psychology

In my work with athletes and teams, areas of focus may include boosting performance, strengthening team dynamics and culture, and addressing issues related to identity, burn-out, retirement, injury, anxiety, and pressure. Please contact me to discuss how I can help you enhance performance.
